President 
Gwen Dalphon, PA-C 

Gwen is a board certified Physician Assistant in Delaware working in Dermatology. She has worked in DE since 2013 and is currently employed at Webster Dermatology.  Gwen completed an AAPA approved Dermatology Physician Assistant Fellowship training program in Washington, DC before moving to Delaware. Gwen graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Robert Morris University in 2009 where she played 4 years of division one field hockey. She earned her Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2012 from Seton Hill University. There she met her husband Drew, a PA working in emergency medicine in DE. Gwen is a member of The Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the AAPA. When not working she enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with her dog Tater, husband, friends, and family. She is looking forward to another year on the DAPA board and continuing to give back to the profession which has given her so much.

Vice President 

Patrick Duffy, DMSc, PA-C


Patrick has been an active member of the Delaware Academy of Physician Associates (DAPA) since 2022 and currently serves as the organization's Vice President, where he advocates for the advancement of the PA profession and contributes to professional development initiatives. 

Patrick was born and raised in New Castle County. He is an experienced Dermatology Physician Associate with nearly two decades of practice in the field. Since 2020, he has served the Sussex County community at Beebe Dermatology. 

Patrick graduated from the Miami Dade College PA program in 2005. He went on to receive his Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2020 and his Doctor of Medical Science degree from University of Lynchburg in 2023.

Patrick firmly believes that every Physician Associate in Delaware should actively engage with DAPA in some compacity. Building a united professional community is vital for the advancement of the PA profession and the well-being of communities across the state.

Secretary 

Brad S. Hudson, DMSc, PA-C

Brad is a certified physician assistant in Delaware specializing in dermatology.  He has worked in Delaware since 2002 and is currently employed at Cape Henlopen Dermatology in Lewes, DE.  Brad graduated from the US Army’s Interservice Physician Assistant Program through the University of Nebraska in 2002.  He went on to earn a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2005 from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine and Doctor of Medical Science from the University of Lynchburg in 2024.  Concurrently, he served in the Maryland Army National Guard until his retirement from military service in 2014.  Brad lives with his wife, Michelle, in Georgetown, DE and they both enjoy traveling, fishing, and spending time with their two dogs, John Henry and Lille Mae.  Their daughter, Devan, is a registered nurse at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, PA.  He is a member of the Delaware Academy of Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Associates, and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.  Brad is looking forward to serving the Delaware physician assistant community while serving as secretary of the Delaware Academy of Physician Assistants.

Treasurer

Delaney Fagan, MMSc, PA-C

Delaney is a certified physician assistant currently working at Christiana Care. She graduated with a bachelors in biology from Temple University in 2017. She went on to also receive her Masters in Physician Assistant studies from Temple in 2020 where she received the Excellence in Leadership Award. She went on to work in primary care for three years before transitioning to her career in cardiology.  Delaney is a current member of the American College of Cardiology and the AAPA. She currently lives in Wilmington, DE with her husband, dog, and two cats. She enjoys spending her free time traveling, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.

Member at Large - New Castle County

Dan Grawl, MBA, PA-C, FAAPA, FDAPA, EMT-P

Dan is a board-certified Physician Assistant at ChristianaCare. He is currently the program manager for the Advanced Joint Replacement Center and the Spine Center. He has served in multiple leadership roles throughout the system including Chair of the PA Council, lead orthopedic trauma PA, and on multiple systemwide committees. Dan became a Certified EMT/Paramedic in Pennsylvania in 1992. He pursued a baccalaureate degree at Neumann University in Health Care Business Administration from 1993 until he was accepted into Hahnemann’s PA program in 1996. He graduated from Hahnemann’s PA program with a baccalaureate degree in Allied Health in 1988 and became a NCCPA certified PA. He received his MBA from Wilmington University in 2021and was recognized for academic excellence in the Sigma Beta Delta international honor society. Dan has worked in many of the surgical subspecialties over the last 36 years. He worked as a Marketing Director for Conmed/Linvatec Corporation from 1999 to 2004 where he was responsible for the development and marketing of surgical medical devices through technique guides, marketing brochures, and multimedia platforms. During his tenure he also managed the medical education department, convention services, meeting services, and marketing communications groups. Dan returned to Christiana in 2004 to develop, implement, and maintain the Orthopedic Trauma Service as the Lead PA. He has co-authored and published numerous articles in the Orthopaedic professional journals with Craig D. Morgan, MD. He has taught physicians and PAs at both national and international conferences about orthopedic surgical procedures. He has held multiple previous leadership roles in the Delaware Academy of Physician Assistants serving as President (1993-1994) (1994-1995), Vice-President (1991-1993), and as a member of the Board of Directors (1995-1996). Dan is a co-author of enabling legislation for PAs in Delaware. Dan is a paramedic/firefighter in his local volunteer fire company and has served as director of EMS, as a fire officer, as well as on the board of directors.

Paige Venables, MSPAS, PA-C


Paige is a Sussex County native and have practiced in dermatology in Delaware for 3 years now. I am happy to practice medicine in the same county where I was born and raised! I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Richmond where I was part of the varsity field hockey team. I graduated with my physician assistant degree from Alderson Broaddus University in 2017 and enjoyed my time there in the beautiful state of West Virginia. In my spare time I enjoy being active outdoors, reading, and spending time with my family. I look forward to helping DAPA accomplish their goals and representing PAs in the state of Delaware.

AAPA House of Delegate

Kerry Gregory, DPA, PA-C

Kerry is a board-certified Physician Assistant in Delaware working in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.  She graduated from Touro College’s PA program in 2005 and has gained value experience in a variety of settings including dermatology, neurosurgery, urology, and plastic and reconstructive surgery. She also spent time as an Assistant Professor of Physician Assistant Studies at a local university. Kerry is a member of several professional associations, including the Delaware Academy of Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Associates and American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

In May 2019, Kerry Gregory joined Christiana Care as a Physician Assistant at the Helen F. Graham Cancer Center. As the first PA hired into the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, she cares for patients in the clinic, inpatient, and perioperative settings. She also performs outpatient procedures including 3D nipple and areola tattooing and scar camouflage. The mission of her team has always been to make a positive impact by serving patients in our community with compassionate care in offering state of the art reconstructive plastic surgery options. They consistently lead the medical group in patient satisfaction and were awarded the inaugural “Daisy Team Award” in 2023. At Christiana, Kerry serves on the Advance Practice Council and is involved in numerous community outreach programs related to breast cancer awareness. In 2023, she completed a Doctorate in Physician Assistant Studies, also at Touro University and is in her final year at University of Maryland Eastern Shore where she will be earning a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership. Last year, Kerry co-authored a chapter in the new edition (August 2025) of Roberts & Hedges’ Clinical Procedures in Emergency Medicine and Acute Care entitled “Post Cosmetic Procedure Interventions”.

When Kerry is not at work, she enjoys traveling, snuggling with Maggie (her rescue pup), and spending time with her friends/family at the beach. She is excited about the opportunity to advocate for and serve such an incredible organization and profession.
