President ToriAnne is a Physician Assistant practicing at Christiana Care as well as West Cecil Health Center in the fields of hospital and family medicine. She is also an Assistant Professor at Arcadia University's Physician Assistant program where she lectures in behavioral health, neurology, as well as lifestyle and preventative medicine. ToriAnne graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina and is a native of Newark, Delaware. |
Secretary Gwen Dalphon is a board certified Physician Assistant in Delaware working in Dermatology. She has worked at Premier Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery in Newark, DE since 2013. Before coming to Premier Dermatology, Gwen completed an AAPA approved Dermatology Physician Assistant Fellowship training program in Washington, DC. She earned her Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2012 from Seton Hill University. There she met her husband Drew, a PA working in emergency medicine in DE. Gwen is a member of The Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physicians Assistants. When not working she enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with her husband, friends, and family. She is excited to join the DAPA board and continue to give back to the profession which has given her so much. |

Eric Dees, MMS,PA-C, CAQ-PSY Eric is a board-certified Physician Assistant who serves Delaware by practicing psychiatry. Currently working at Christiana Care and James T. Vaughn Correctional Center, he strives to help his patients combat mental health problems and make positive changes in their lives. In particular, Eric is passionate about helping patients with substance use disorders and has a goal to expand addiction care in correctional facilities. |

Dan Grawl, PA-C Dan Grawl is a NCCPA Certified Physician Assistant at Christiana Care in the Orthopedics Section of the Department of surgery where he provides care for patients and manages the Orthopedic Trauma Service. He is a member of the Physician Assistant Council for Christiana Care representing the orthopedic section. Dan became a Certified EMT/Paramedic in Pennsylvania in 1992. He pursued a baccalaureate degree at Neumann University in Health Care Business Administration from 1993 until he was accepted into Hahnemann’s PA program in 1996. He graduated from Hahnemann’s PA program with a baccalaureate degree in Allied Health in 1988 and became a NCCPA certified PA. Dan has worked in Cardiac Surgery and many of the surgical subspecialties, excluding OB/GYN. Dan worked as a Marketing Director for Conmed/Linvatec Corporation from 1999 to 2004 where he was responsible for the development and marketing of Linvatec’s products through technique guides, marketing brochures, and multimedia platforms. During his tenure he also managed the medical education department, convention services, meeting services, and marketing communications groups. Dan returned to Christiana in 2004 to develop, implement, and maintain the Orthopedic Trauma Service. He has co-authored and published numerous articles in professional journals with Craig D. Morgan, MD. He has taught physicians and PAs at both national and International conferences about orthopedic surgical techniques. He has held previous leadership roles in the Delaware Academy of Physician Assistants serving as President (1993-1994) (1994-1995), Vice-President (1991-1993), and as a member of the Board of Directors (1995-1996). Dan is a co-author of enabling legislation for PAs in Delaware. Dan is a paramedic/firefighter in his local volunteer fire company and has served as director of EMS, as a fire officer, and on the board of directors. |

Kerri Taylor, PA-C Kerri Taylor is a practicing physician assistant in sussex county Delaware in the area of urgent care/emergency medicine. Prior to her move to sussex county, she practiced geriatrics/internal medicine in Dover Delaware. Kerri was born and raised in Delaware before moving to PA to further her education. Kerri has an undergraduate degree from Lock Haven University as well as a graduate degree from Thomas Jefferson University for which she recieved her physician assistant education. Prior to becoming a physician assistant, Kerri was a certified dental assistant, emergency transporter/responder, and a chief emergency medicine scribe.
