Daniella Benson, PA-C - President
A graduate of Philadelphia University, class of 2002. She has practiced in Pennsylvania in Otorhinolaryngology and Plastic Surgery, and in Delaware in General Surgery at Christiana Hospital and St. Francis Hospital. She currently practices Surgical Dermatology at Premier Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery in Newark, DE. She is committed to the growth and well-being of the PA profession in Delaware and its practicing PA's in our community. Contact:
Kristin Norquest - Vice President
Kristin graduated from the Arcadia University PA Program in Glenside, PA in 2011. She worked in pediatric orthopedics followed by primary care pediatrics for several years. She now works part time in asthma and allergy for ENT & Allergy of Delaware. Contact:

Graduated from Hahnemann University PA program. Works in cardiac surgery at A.I. DuPont Hospital in Wilmington.

Colleen Davis, PA-C - Treasurer
Colleen Davis has been practicing medicine as a Physician Assistant for over 15 years. Prior to that she worked for Biogen Idec in Research and Development of Avonex and other injectables for delayed progression of Autoimmune diseases. Her work as a PA has been primarily in Neurosurgery and Emergency Medicine, however, she has also moonlighted in Plastics, Orthopaedics, Spine, Vascular, Urologic Surgery, OB/GYN, Internal, Rehabilitation, and Critical Care Medicine. Through the course of her experience and building of relationships with physicians and practice managers, she developed her own consulting company and began assisting practices that were entertaining large mergers, business development and expansion to accomplish and refine their goals in order to implement and achieve their model enterprise. Colleen also consults with start-up Biologics, Medical device, and Pharmaceutical development companies aiding in Translational Medicine, Grant and Venture Capitalist funding, and business model and team development. She has partial ownership of several small start-ups, products and maintains a position on two advisory boards. In her spare time, Colleen enjoys surfing with her husband and three children. They are all very passionate about missions and often venture together as a family to aid in disaster relief areas after major natural disasters. Colleen is the Volunteer Coordinator for Delaware Medical Relief Team. She, her husband and family have participated in several Medical mission efforts. Contact:
